The RPC server is unavailable. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x800706BA)

I read the post on 1-8-2007 and there was never a resolution has there been
one since?
I am getting the error when trying to connect to a computer and read the
Drive size. I coped the code from MSDN and just used it for a test. Local it
works fine but then I try to connect to my second computer I get this RPC
error. I am admin of both computers and I am logged in to both.
Any help would be nice. I think if I get past the error if could be a nice
option to add to my computer.

I have same problem and I jsut assign valid Scope to the object making this
problem. Find in your code where new object is created but not assign Scope.
